2007 Centennial Vineyards Woodside Shiraz
Southern Highlands, New South Wales
Centennial Vineyards is a Southern Highlands producer that makes highly commendable wines. Their wines have purity, focus and balance, demonstrating the fine skills of winemaker Tony Cosgriff.
I completely adore their latest Woodside Shiraz from Hilltops NSW. It is a true cool climate style with faint pepper and spice, medium body and dark-fruit flavours. I particularly love the subtle earthy character and the soft tannins.
Highly recommended.
