2006 Metala Shiraz Cabernet
Langhorne Creek, SA

Metala is one of those labels that you would have seen in bottle shops over the years. But have you ever bought it? May be you have purchased it in the past but have shelved it for newer and more modern producers.
I strongly urge you to buy a bottle of this historic wine as it is better than ever. The Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from Langhorne Creek in South Australia. These two varieties blend together perfectly giving a wine of great balance and harmony.
I love the chocolate and the sweet, dense fruit flavours, as well as the concentration and the structure. It is completely satisfying and is better that many wines twice the price.
