2005 Bridgewater Mill Shiraz

I love a good Shiraz and this character filled wine from the Adelaide Hills is my latest favourite.  Now I am used to Bridgewater Mill impressing me with the quality of their whites but I was blown away by this little number. 

Red fruits, spice, candy, raspberry, Turkish delight – there are just so many exotic and interesting flavours.  It is elegant, highly flavoursome, smooth as silk and highly recommended.
