The key to this vibrant and charming wine is the grape variety Gamay. Its homeland is the Beaujolais region of France but there is very little planted in Australia.

Scarpantoni of McLaren Vale have harnessed the potential of this flavoursome grape to produce a wine with personality and flair. It has a bright cherry colour, lovely fruit flavours and a slightly drying finish. It is perfect lightly chilled on a bright sunny day.
