Debbie Lauritz of Cumulus Estate Wines and Francisco Antunes from Portugal have handcrafted the Luna Rosa – a combination of 40% Cabernet, 20% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre with a touch Orange Chardonnay. Each parcel of fruit for this rose was picked under the cool light of the moon, hence the name ‘Luna Rosa’.
