Grilled Stone Fruit matched with Taylors Promised Land Moscato
Ingredients (serves 4)
3 Nectrines
3 Peaches
3 Plums
Fresh mint
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons of Taylors Moscato or fruity white wine
Preparation
- Slice fruit in half and place in baking tray
- Sprinkle with sugar
- Tear mint leaves and place over fruit
- Splash wine over the fruit
- Place under grill for 5 mins
To serve
- Yoghurt, double cream or vanilla icecream.
